The Polyne® horizontal polypropylene pumps are single stage, single inlet,
radially split, axial suction and with top tangential delivery connection. These features can be offered in both single and
double Volute casings.
The semi open radial impellers are hydraulically balanced and specially designed for low NPSH requirements.
The shaft is guided in grease lubricated deep groove ball bearings. The oil seal in the bearing bracket keeps the bearings
contamination free from corrosive liquids and dust particles.
All pumps are supplied alongwith externally mounted mechanical seals with precisely finished sliding surfaces.
For pumping fluid with suspended solids or slurries a nonclog pump with double mechanical seals can be supplied.
Only four bearing brackets cover the entire range of twenty nine different models.
